The paper introduces the grades, properties and compatibility with PVC resin of China made Chlo- rinated Wax and this application to PVC electric cable materials as well. The paper focuses upon the influences of various. chlorinated wax grades on the properties of thermal ageing, heat resistance low temperature resistance and electrical insulation, then points out the ways to improve the heat stability of chlorinated wax.
