Determination of the Machining Tolerance of Subsurface Pump Barrel Liners

通过对抽油泵泵简衬套的加工分析，根据公差与配合的基本原理及选择原则，对毛坯为２０ＣｒＭｏ管材的衬套加工公差进行了合理的确定，加工出的工件装泵使用后，性能良好，达到部标要求，更换方便，且加工成本有一定的降低。

By analyzing the machining process of the barrel liners of subsurface pumps and according to the basic principle and selection criteria of tolerance and fit,the machining tolerance for liners made of 20CrMo steel pipe is rationally determined. After assembled into the barrel,the finished work pieces provide good performance and are convenient to change. And the machining cost is thereby somewhat reduced.
