浅析邓小平的人才人事思想

摘要 在概括邓小平的人才思想的基础上重点分析邓小平人事思想的主要内容,即:如何把对人才的重视落到实处,如何为人才的成长和脱颖而出创造良好的环境,如何发现选拔培养人才、如何建立健全人才人事管理制度等。学习邓小平的这些人才人事思想对我们今天如何作好人才人事管理工作很有启发。 Theorists have done a lot of research on Deng Xiao-ping's talent ideas, but few on his thoughts on per- sonnel affairs. On the basis of summarizing Deng's thoughts on talents, this paper lays its emphasis on the analysis of the main ideas of Deng's thoughts on personnel affairs, that is: how to put some active measures for talents into effect, how to create suitable environment for the growth and development of talents, how to find and raise talents, how to perfect the talent and personnel management system, and so on. It' s very practical for our talent and per- sonnel affair workers to know more about Deng's ideas.
