摘要
报道了LD端面泵浦Nd∶YVO4晶体产生1064nm和1342nm双波长激光束,采用一个线性平凹腔结构,利用LBOⅠ类临界相位匹配在腔内和频产生593.5nm连续黄光激光输出的全固体激光器的实验研究。在泵浦功率为10W时得到593.5nm的黄光激光输出功率为260mW。光束远场发散角θ<1mrad。593.5nm激光输出为低噪声输出。24h功率不稳定度小于±2%。
A LD-end-pumped Nd∶YVO_4 contimuous wave (cw) 593.5nm yellow laser is reported.With one plan-curved cavity dual-wavelength operation,1064nm and 1342nm are realized,and with LBO intracavity sum-frequency mixing 593.5nm laser is attained.The experimental results of 593.5nm 260mW yellow laser have been observed with 10W pump power.The far field divergence angle is<1 mrad.Low-noise characteristic of the yellow laser has been proved,and the power instability is less than±2% within 24 hours.
