摘要
用国产半导体激光二极管泵浦Nd∶YVO4晶体,在室温下获得914nm激光连续输出,用Ⅰ类临界位相匹配LBO腔内倍频获得457nm蓝色激光输出当泵浦注入功率为1.7W时倍频蓝激光最大输出达20mW,光光转换效率为1.2%,功率稳定性24h内优于±3%
A design of LD-pumped Nd:YVO4/LBO blue laser at 457 nm is presented in the paper. An optimized-designed CW 914 nm laser at room temperature is obtained. Using type-I critical phase-matching LBO crystal, 457 nm blue laser is obtained by 914 nm intracavity frequency doubling. The maximum laser output power of 20 mW is obtained when a incident pump laser of 1.7 W is used. The optical-to-optical conversion is up to 1.2%, the power instability in 24 h is better than ±3%.
