摘要
二氧化碳溶气燃油喷射产生的闪急沸腾,可以显著改善喷雾特性,同时降低柴油机氮氧化物和碳烟微粒的排放。其闪急沸腾过程实际涉及到混合体系的相变过程,但是现有相关的研究很少。在相平衡理论基础上进行了正十二烷与二氧化碳二元混合体系相变特性的研究,深刻地揭示溶气燃油喷射过程的相变对闪急沸腾的作用。
Spray atomization can be greatly improved by flash boiling using a reformulated fuel with liquefied CO_2,resulting in a simultaneous decrease in NO_x and soot emissions in diesel engine.In fact,such flash boiling would relate to the phase shifting,however,few literatures relative to study were reported.Based on the theory of phase equilibrium,this paper investigated the phase shifting characteristics using the mixture of n-dodecane and CO_2.The study is helpful for clarifying the effect of phase shifting on the flash boiling through investigating spray of reformulated fuel with liquefied CO_2.
