本文针对教育部在建国以来发布的第一部《高等学校哲学社会科学研究学术规范 (试行 )》(以下简称《学术规范》)中提出的关于学术道德和学术规范的问题进行了的理论阐述 ,认为坚持学术道德是学术规范的关键 ,并对当前学术失范、学术腐败现象进行了剖析 ,进而指出新时代的学者应当加强学术道德修养和学术道德自律 。
