摘要
利用12位A/D转换器AD9220,设计了一种由单片机控制的可用于红外焦平面阵列探测器信号检测的数据采集系统。该系统电路结构简单,而且其数据采集与存储完全靠硬件实现,其数据采样频率只取决于所选用的A/D转换器,而不受单片机速度的影响,因而可实现高速采集。在具体的应用中取得了较为满意的结果。
With 12-bit A/D converter AD9220, a data acquisition system controlled by single-chip computer for detecting signal of IRFPA (Infrared Focal Plane Arrays) was designed. The system's circuitry is simple, and the data acquisition and storage of the system are fully realized by hardware, the sampling frequency only depends on what A/D converter is chosen, and has nothing to do with the speed of single-chip computer, so the high-speed data acquisition is available. The experimental results show the system satisfies operation requirement of detecting signal of IRFPA.
