摘要
研究了断续流动 氢化物发生 原子荧光法测定中草药中痕量镉的适宜条件 ,试验了镉信号增强剂、酸介质及酸度和还原剂对测定的影响。在最佳测定条件下 ,镉的线性范围为 0 .1~ 1 0 0 μg/L ,检出限为 0 .0 2 80 μg/L。样品分析结果的相对标准偏差可达 2 .0 % (n =9) ,加标回收率为 90 .6%~ 1 0 8.6%。
A method is reported for the determination of trace cadmuim in traditional Chinese medicine by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry. The effect of different acidic medium, the amounts of acid and reducing agent on the determination of Cd were investigated. Under the optimum conditions, the linear range of determination is 0.1~100 μg/L and the detection limit is 0.0280 μg/L. The relative standard deviation is 1.96% (n=9) and the recovery is 90.6%~108.6%.
