摘要
从麻竹(Dendrocalamuslatiflorus)叶中分离得到四个黄酮类化合物。经性质和光谱(UV,IR,MS,1HNMR,13CNMR等)法鉴定其结构,分别为牡荆苷(Ⅰ),芦丁(Ⅱ),山奈酚-3-O-β-D-芸香糖苷(Ⅱ-Ⅰ),山奈酚-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖基(1-2)-α-L-鼠李糖苷(Ⅳ)。四种化合物均为首次从该植物中得到。
Four flavonoids were separated form leaves of Dendrocalamus latiflorus. They were identified as vitexin(Ⅰ), rutin(Ⅱ), kaempferol-3-O-β-D-rutinoside(Ⅲ)and kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucosyl( 1-2)-α-L-rhamnoside (Ⅳ)by means of Quality, UV, IR, ESI -MS,1HNMR and 13CNMR,etc.All of four compounds were isolated from the plant for the first time.
