两烟煤矿尘肺流行病学比较分析 被引量:1

摘要 对两个烟煤矿的尘肺流行病学比较分析表明:两煤矿尘肺患病率、发病率有显著差异。其原因是多方面的,与两矿地质构造不同、粉尘浓度、性质及工种构成等差异有密切关系。其中游离Sio2含量是主要因素。因此,对不同煤矿粉尘浓度的卫生要求和防尘投资要有所区别。 pidemiological data of coal workersi pneumoconiosis in two soft coal mines have been analysed.The results showed that the prevalences and incidences of CWP in these two soft coal mines are bothobviously different. The reason is multiple. It is related to the differences of the seolosic structure ,thedust concentrations ,the characters of dust,the free silica contents in the dust and the professional con-stitutions between the two mines. of all these,the most important factor is the free silica contents in thedust. Therefore.the standard of dust concentration and the investment for dust control in different coalmines shbuld be considered respectively.
