Prevention and Control Measures of Hand Hygiene Associated Nosocomial Infections

目的 手卫生所致医院感染的预防和控制措施。方法 总结实践经验与相关文献报道。结果 标准化手卫生术语,正确评价手卫生指标;充分了解手卫生机制,规避手卫生观念误区;倡导使用手凝胶,树立手卫生新观念。结论 加强手卫生观念与实施力度可有效降低医院感染发生率。

OBJECTIVE How to set up the prevention and control measures of hand hygiene associated nosocomial infections. METHODS The practice experiences and peer-reviews of related literatures were summarized. RESULTS Standardization of the hand hygiene terms and associated evaluation variables were the key factors to enhance the hand hygiene efficiencies. Understand the mechanism of hand hygiene was advantage to improve compliance of hand hygiene. And waterless alcohol-based hand rub should be applied rapidly in our hospital because of its much excellent features decreasing nosocomial linked to hand hygiene. CONCLUSIONS Improvement of hand hygiene can greatly decrease transmission of microorganisms and thus reduce nosocomial infection rate.
