影响陶瓷结合剂白刚玉磨具色泽的因素探讨

摘要 陶瓷结合剂白刚玉磨具会出现白里显红、红黄、青灰色调,严重影响产品的外观质量。本文主要是从制造白刚玉磨具的原材料、烧成气氛等方面着手,来探讨影响白刚玉磨具色泽变化的因素,并提出防止白刚玉磨具色泽变化所采取的措施。我们通过理论分析和大量实验,得出主要结论是:①白刚玉磨具色泽的变化主要是由结合剂中杂质含量的多少和烧成气氛来决定的。若在氧化性气氛下烧成,当结合剂中(TiO2+Fe2O3)含量<0.55%时,白刚玉磨具不会显红、红黄色调。随着结合剂中Fe2O3和TiO2含量的增加,白刚玉磨具白中显红、红黄色调逐渐加重,因此,若结合剂中(TiO2 +Fe2O3)含量>0.55%时,白刚玉磨具烧成时不宜采用氧化性气氛,最好采用中性气氛或弱氧化性气氛烧成。②在陶瓷结合剂白刚玉磨具结合剂中加入滑石粉、石英粉、氧化镁粉,能消除白刚玉磨具呈红色,但对磨具强度有影响。 The white alumina abrasives made with vitrified bond may show red in white,red -yellow or celadon-gray. This will influence on the appearance quality of the products seriously. Through considerations of the raw materials of white alumina abrasives and burnt - in - atmosphere and so on, this paper discusses the factors that influence the color and change the luster, thus put forward some measures of preventing the color and luster of white aluminua abrasives from changing. Through theoretical analysis and a great number of experiments , the following main conclusions can be drawn .①The change of the color and luster is determined by the content of the impurity of bond and burnt -in -atmosphere. If it is sintered in oxidizing atmosphere and the contents of titanium oxide and ferric oxide is less than 55% , the white alumina abrasives won' t show red - yellow. With the increasing of contents of titanium oxide and ferric oxide in bond , the white alumina abrasives can be aggravated gradually in color of red, red - yellow . Therefore, if the contents of titanium oxide and ferric oxide in bond is more than 55% , the white alumina abrasives can not be sintered in the oxidizing atmosphere other than in the neutral atmosphere, or in weak oxidizing atmosphere . ②Addition of the powders of talc, quartz and magnesium oxide to vilified bond, red color of white alumina abrasives can be avoid , but in the meanwhile the strength of the abrasives can be influenced.
