脂肪酸对人肝细胞瘤细胞株(HepG2)细胞葡萄糖摄取研究显示,高浓度的软脂酸可通过抑制HepG2细胞胰岛素受体和葡萄糖转运子2的表达抑制胰岛素刺激的葡萄糖摄取;花生四烯酸可通过类似机制刺激葡萄糖摄取,部分阻断软脂酸的作用。
The study of effects of fatty acids on HepG2 cells showed that palmitic acid at high concentration decreased glucose uptake of HepG2 cells possibly through inhibiting the expression of Ins receptor and GluT2 proteins. Arachidonic acid stimulated glucose uptake through the similar mechanism with preventing the inhibitory effects of palmitic acid.
