摘要
目的分离鉴定五加科五加属植物刺五加(Acanthopanaxsenticosus(Rupr .etMaxim .)Har rms)种子的75 % ( φ)乙醇提取物中的化学成分。方法用硅胶柱色谱进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果得到4个化合物,分别鉴定为:3 Оrhamnopyranosyl ( 1 2 ) ara binopyranosyloleanolicacid(化合物Ⅰ)、hederagenin 3 O βglucuronopyranoside(化合物Ⅱ)、oleanolicacid 3 O βglucuronopyranoside(化合物Ⅲ)和齐墩果酸(化合物Ⅳ)。结论化合物Ⅱ。
Objective To elucidate the structure of the constituents from the 75% ethanol extract of the seeds of Acanthopanax senticosus (Rupr.et Maxim.) Harms.Methods The solvent extraction together with column chromatography were used for isolation of chemical constituents;The structures were confirmed by the analysis of physico-chemical characters and spectroscopic data.Results Four compounds were isolated and identified as 3-О-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-2)-arabinopyranosyl oleanolic acid(Ⅰ)?hederagenin-3-O-β-glucuronopyranoside(Ⅱ)?oleanolic acid-3-O-β-glucuronopyranoside (Ⅲ)and oleanolic acid(Ⅳ).Conclusion compounds Ⅱ,Ⅲ are isolated from Acanthopanax genus for the first time.
