摘要
目的:研究绿茶中有效成分茶多酚(teapolyphenols,TP)对胰岛素抵抗综合征(insulinresistancesyn drome,IRS)大鼠NO水平和NOS活性的影响。方法:采用高脂、高糖和高盐饲料喂养大鼠,饲养6周时,给予茶多酚,每天1次,连续6周,并于末次给药后测定各组大鼠空腹血糖、血脂、胰岛素水平及血清NO水平和NOS活性。结果:茶多酚高剂量能明显降低IRS模型大鼠血脂和胰岛素水平,提高胰岛素敏感指数(insulinsensitivityindex,ISI),降低NO水平和抑制NOS活性。结论:茶多酚对胰岛素抵抗综合征有一定的改善作用,其作用可能与影响NO生成和抑制NOS活性有关。
Objective:To study the effects of tea polyphenols on the level of NO and activity of NOS in model rats of insulin resistance syndrome (IRS).Methods:The model rats of insulin resistance syndrome were produced in 6 weeks by feeding food with rich-fat,rich-glucose and high-salt.And then the rats were administered by TP once a day for six weeks,blood was sampled to measure the levels of fasting blood glucose,blood lipid,insulin,NO and the activity of NOS.Results:The TP decreases the levels of NO and blood lipid,and inhibits the activity of NOS significantly,and also ISI is increased significantly.Conclusion:TP can improve the conditions of IRS,and its effects may be concerned with decreasing the level of serum NO and activity of NOS in the rats of IRS.
