军队院校地方计划生与地方大学生16PF测查结果比较

Comparative analysis of civilian students in military university and students in non-military university by Cater 16PF

目的:分析军队院校地方计划生(不参军的统招生)的心理状况特征,为他们的管理教育及心理辅导提供依据.方法:选择军队院校地方计划生(简称军队组)149名和地方大学生(简称地方组)147名,经卡特尔16种个性因素(16PF)测查并进行统计学分析处理,将军队组在各项上的得分与全国成人常模及地方组的得分进行比较.结果:与全国成人常模相比,军队组的个性特征与全国大学生个性特征分布有相当大的一致性;与地方组相比在乐群性、聪慧性、世故性、敏感性、兴奋性、实验性、内向外向性等因素上存在差异(P<0.05).结论:军队院校地方计划生与地方院校大学生人格特征有一定的差异.

AIM: To analyze the personality characteristics of civilian students (those who are not enrolled in the army) trained in a military university for better management, education and psychological guidance for them. METHODS: One hundred and forty-nine civilian students trained in a military university were enrolled in the military group and 147 students from a non-military university as the non-military group. Cater 16 Personality Factors Testing (16PF) was used in both groups and the results were analyzed and compared. RESULTS: Compared with national general mode of adults, the distributions of the two groups were rather identical. However, there were significant differences (P<0.05) between these two groups in sociability, smartness, sensitivity, excitability and extraversion. CONCLUSION: There are different personality characteristics between civilian students in military university and students in non-military university.
