摘要
通过自行设计研制的增浓进浆器,把由普通浆泵来的3%~4%浓度的浆料提高到6%~7%浓度,送入自行设计研制的ZDP400液压单盘磨机中进行打浆,结果纤维切断减少,帚化程度增加,浆张物理强度普遍提高,打浆能耗较大幅度降低。并提出了在生产中实施的建议。
Taking advantage of recently developed thickening-feeder,refining at 6%~7% consistency can be realized in a low consistency disc refiner in which refining at 3%~4% consistency is normally carried out.Comparision between refining at 3%~4% consistency and thickening-refining at 6%~7% consistency was conducted in present study.The pulp refined at6. 5% consistency had higher tensile index,burst index,and tear index,but lower specific energy consumption compared with the pulp refined at 3.7% consistency in a beating degree range of 30°~40°SR.Suggestions of implementing this thickeningrefining in mill were discussed.
