摘要
选用兔背部随意型皮瓣模型,长宽比例为3:1,用微循环观察仪直接观察,静脉滴注丹参注射液后,在不同的比例处观察微循环变化,辅以激光多普勒血流测定及组织学观察。结果表明:皮瓣的远端坏死是由于血管灌注压逐渐下降所致的微循环障碍引起,丹参可以明显改善皮瓣微循环状况,从而提高皮瓣成活长度。
Abstract The effect of salvia miltiorrhiza on microcirculatory changes of random flaps in rabbits were observed with a special TV set with magnification of 500X. The pathological events and survival ratio of flaps were recorded as well. The results showed that the survival ratio, amount of open calillaries,amount of blood flow, and velocity of blood flow of flaps treated by salvia mitiorrhiza were much higher than those of untreated control flaps. The experiment also showed that there were no differences between flaps treated with salvia miltiorrhiza preoperalively and flaps treated with it postoperatively.
