鸡堫菌菌丝体液体培养的研究 被引量:9

摘要 适合鸡菌菌丝体液体培养的培养基成分是:淀粉10g,蔗糖2g,蛋白胨2g,KH_2PO_40.3g,MgSO_4·7H_2O0.15g;最佳C/N为30~40:1;最适培养温度26℃;pH6.4;振荡频率140~145r/min,继代培养周期8天.液体培养的鸡菌菌丝体氨基酸总量可达273mg/g干重,其中42.41%为人体必需的氨基酸(未含色氨酸). The optirnal medium and culture conditions for liquid culturing mycelium ofTermitomyces albuminosus was investigated, It was found that the medium contained 2gsucrose,0.3g KH_2PO_4, 0.15g MgSO_4· 7H)2O, 2g peptone and 10g starch was good forculturing Termitomyces albuminosus to generate the mvcelium on shaker at 140~145r/min. The optimal temperature for the culture was 26C. The C/N of the medium was 30~40:1 and pH was ajusted to 6.4 before autoclaving.The mycelium can be harverstedafter liquid cuIture for 8 days.The total amount of amino acid in such as mycelium was273.9mg/g(dry weight of the mycelium)and 42.41 percentage of which was theessential amino acids(tryptophan was not determinated).
