摘要
CRCP板与沥青混凝土面层组成的复合式路面要发挥良好的路用性能必须确保CRCP板与沥青混凝土面层间具有良好的抗剪切能力。在考虑紧急制动的条件下,应用有限元方法分析粘结层位的最大剪应力分布图,确定两种不同路面结构形式的抗剪切强度,然后在不同的温度条件下,对几种常用粘结层材料进行对比试验,分析其抗剪切能力、粘结力、渗水性以及高温稳定性,推荐一种性能最优的粘结层材料,总结一套粘结层方案选择及性能评价的试验方法。
The CRCP+AC (continuously reinforce concrete pavement and asphalt concrete) composite pavement should have good shear strength capacity between CRCP slab and AC surface to get perfect pavement performance.Based on analysis of the maximum shear strain distribution at the tack coat interface layer by finite element method,the paper determines the shear strength of two kinds of pavement structure.Under different temperature conditions,comparison experiments are carried out on several materials of tack coat to analyze and compare their performance,including shear strength capacity,cohesive force,water permeability and hightemperature stability.The paper recommends a kind of tack coat material with the best performance,and summarizes a set of methods to choose proper of tack coat and to evaluate its performance.
