摘要 通过对影响琼脂扩散反应的多种条件进行优化,建立了检测金黄色葡萄球菌无毒诱变中毒性休克综合征毒素1融合蛋白GST-mTSST-1免疫活性的双向免疫琼脂扩散检测方法.检测的灵敏度可达到120ng/mL.此方法具有特异性强、灵敏度高、操作简单等特点,对具有免疫活性的抗原蛋白的定量检测有一定的参考价值. A detection method of immunological activity of S.arueus glutathione S-transferase and mutant toxic shock syndrome toxin 1 fution protein is established by optimizing several conditions for agar-gel double immunodiffusion assay. The sensitivity of the method is 120ng/ml. The method proves simple, specific and sensitive, which is useful for quantitative measurement of immunocompetent GST-mTSST-1 antigen protein.
