摘要 以气井最小携液流速理论为基础,选用改进后的特纳携液模型,形成一套泡沫排水采气用泡排剂的优选方法。将泡排剂性能参数和气井流体参数输入优选模型后,可计算出气井最小携液流速。通过与气井实际流速的比值,即可判断有水气井应用泡排剂是否可行,并优选出相应泡排剂及所需浓度,避免泡沫排水的盲目性。照上述研究思路,编制了气井泡排剂优选软件。通过对3口气井的泡排剂及加药浓度进行优选,结果与现场应用情况相吻合,表明优选方法可行,可帮助现场达到优选泡排剂及注入浓度的目的。 Based on the minimum flow rate theory of unloading for gas wells, the improved Tuener model is applied to form a set of methods to optimize the foaming agents for gas recovery by water drainage with foam. By inputting the property parameters of the foaming agent and the fluid parameters of the gas well into the model, the minimum flow rate of unloading can be calculated. The calculated minimum flow rate is compared with the real flow rate of the gas well to judge whether or not the foaming agent used in the water-producing gas well is feasible, and select the corresponding foaming agent and determine its required concentration, which prevents water draining with foam blind. According to the above idea, the software is developed to optimize foaming agents for gas wells. With the software, the foaming agents and their concentrations are optimized for 3 gas wells. The results fit the field situations well. It shows the optimized method is feasible, which is helpful for the fields to reach the purpose of optimizing the foaming agents and their injecting concentrations.
