摘要
通过一维热源理论推导出了不同材料的界面附近的温度场及可焊上限,并进行了一定的试验验证.根据热传导理论给出了爆炸焊接时双金属结合区附近的温度场解析解,并利用实验对铜-铝双金属爆炸焊接的上限的解析解进行了验证.
<Abstrcat> The different material neighbor temperature field and weldable upperlimits are inferred through the unidimensional heat source theory,and certain experiments are conducted to confirm.According to the heat transfer theory,nearby bimetal union area temperature field analytic solution is offered,and the analypic solution of upper limits of the copper-alumium is testified by experiments.
