弥漫性颅脑损伤后脑水肿与血清镁离子变化及意义 被引量:3

Changes in Brain Edma and Serum Magnesium and Their Meanings after Diffuse Brain Injury in Rats

摘要 目的探讨弥漫性颅脑损伤后脑组织含水量及血清中Mg2+含量的变化规律及意义。方法应用SD雄性大鼠55只,随机分为两组:假手术对照组(n=5)和弥漫性脑损伤组(n=50)。损伤组损伤后不同时间处死大鼠,按Elliott等的方法测定脑组织含水量;应用全自动生化分析仪检测血清中Mg2+浓度。结果弥漫性颅脑损伤后脑组织含水量短期内就增加,伤后6h达较高水平,约130h达高峰,随后缓慢下降,损伤后336h仍然高于正常水平(P<0.05);损伤后的血清中的Mg2+含量迅速下降,约60h达到最低,虽然以后有所恢复,但伤后336h仍低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论①大鼠弥漫性脑损伤后短期内脑组织含水量快速增加,伤后6h就达到较高水平。②大鼠弥漫性脑损伤后血清中Mg2+含量约伤后60h降到最低,以后逐渐回升。③弥漫性脑损伤后补充镁剂应从伤6h就开始,补充时间应不低于两周。 Objective To explore changes in the brain water content and the serum magnesium and their meanings following diffuse brain injury (DBI). Method Fifty-five male SD rats were randomly divided into both the control and DBI groups. Diffuse contusion and laceration of brain was produced by Marmarou way. The water content in the brain and the serum magnesium concentration were determined at different time after the brain injury. Result The water content in the DBI group increased rapidly to maximum 130 hours after the DBI, and then declined slowly, but it was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05) 2 week after the DBI. The concentration of the serum magnesium declined rapidly to minimum at 60 hours after DBI, and then increased, but it was significantly lower than that in the control group 2 weeks after the DBI (P<0.01). Conclusions ① The brain water content after the DBI increases and may reach to higher level 6 hours after the DBI. ② The concentration of the serum magnesium declined to minimum at 60 hours after the DBI. ③ The patients with DBI should supplement magesium within 6h after the DBI and for no fewer than 2 weeks.[
