摘要
对映-贝壳杉烷型二萜化合物是溪黄草中具有抗癌活性的主要功效成分。本文提出了测定溪黄草不同溶剂提取物总二萜含量的一种简单可行的方法,即紫外-分光光度法。该法以冬凌草甲素为标准品,检测波长为237nm,线性范围5.05-50.50mg/l,线性关系良好(r=0.999),相对标准偏差<2%。该法操作简便稳定,能够准确测定溪黄草原料药和制剂中总二萜含量。实验结果显示,乙醇提取率最高,达2.07%。
Ent-kaurane diterpenoids are the main efficacious anti-tumor ingredients in Rabdosia serra (Maxim.)Hara. In this paper, we establish a simple and reliable method to determine the content of diterpenoids in different solvent extraction from Rabdosia serra (Maxim.)Hara by UV-spectrophotometry. Determining wavelength of 237nm and oridonin as a standard are adopted. Moreover, the linear ranging from 5.05 to 50.50 mg/l, the favorable linear relation having r=0.999 and the relative standard deviation that is lower than that of 2%, are observed. This analyzing method has the features of easy operation and stability, which is suitable to measure accurately the content of diterpenoids from the material drug and the preparation. The investigations show that ethanol extraction has the highest extracting ratio, adding up to 2.07%.
