摘要
目的:评价利用金沉积法制作的修复体的密合度。方法:22个离体前磨牙分为两组进行随机配对,牙体预备后利用硅橡胶翻制硬石膏模型,分别用金沉积法和常规失蜡铸造法制作烤瓷内冠。将硅橡胶注入完成的烤瓷冠和预备后的离体牙之间,获得间隙的模型,然后用金属显微镜在放大100倍下对其厚度进行测量。使用配对t检验分析其密合度差异有无显著性。结果:利用金沉积法制作的烤瓷冠的缝隙平均为25.6μm,常规失蜡铸造法的为33.4μm,配对t检验表明其差异具有显著性(P=0.000)。结论:利用金沉积法制作的烤瓷内冠有良好的适合性。
Objective: The aim of this study is to evaluate the internal fit o f the Porcelain-Fused-to-Galvanized-Gold (PFGG) crowns. Methods: 22 extracted p remolars were divided into two groups randomly, after standard tooth preparation , the PFGG crowns were fabricated for one group, and the conventional noble meta l ceramic crowns for the other group. Measurements of the internal fit were pref ormed by getting the space replica and using the Olympus metal microscope to mea sure the thickness of space replica. The paired t test was used to analyze the d ifferences of internal fit between the two type crowns. Results: The average ga p of the PFGG crowns was 25.6μm, while that of conventional PFM was 33.4μm. C onclusion: Within the limitations of this study, the PFGG crowns showed smaller and more homogeneous gap dimension than conventional noble metal ceramic.
