三峡库区药用植物资源可持续利用初探

The Preliminary Research on the Plant Resources as Medicine to Continuous Utilization and the Exploitation in Three Gorges

通过实地考察,查阅大量资料,并根据库区药用植物资源利用的现状,运用药用植物资源开发的基本知识,分析了三峡库区药用植物资源开发利用的主要问题。从建立药材生产基地、实施划片轮休禁采制度、发展生态中药农业、实施中药材GAP、应用生物技术、建立中药数据库、建立健全法律制度等途径对三峡库区药用植物资源可持续利用进行了探讨。

Passing to investigate on the spot,checking the data of large quantity,using the present condition of the plant using of resource according to Three Gorges medicine,basing knowledge that application medicine develop with the plant resources,analyzed the main problems that plant resources develop exploitation as medicine using of the Three Gorges.The result indicates: the medicine of the Three Gorges makes use of in plant resources development to exsit 7 greatest problem.Putting forward 7 paths of the exploitation of the plant resources in Three Gorges to use and exploitate:because of the ground system proper, establish the medicine material produce base;take steps to row slice,by turn recreational,forbid to adopt to fell the system, protecting the rare medicine use the plant resources;establish artificial medicine source ground, develop the ecosystem chinese herbal medicine griculture;proceed to educate easily, put chinese herbal medicine material GAP into practice;apply the living creature technique, protect the rare medicine use the plant resources;establish the chinese herbal medicine database,keep the chinese herbal medicine material grow the quality resources;establish the sound law system, protect to grow wild the medicine use the plant resources.
