摘要
初步研究了不同基的碳纤维(CF)及其加入工艺对XLDB推进剂力学性能的影响。结果表明,CF的加入提高了XLDB推进剂低温延伸率,电镜照片显示粘接剂与CF有良好的粘接能力,断裂是发生在粘接剂基体而不是发生在CF与粘接剂的接触面。
Effects of the difference of carbon fiber types and their associating addition technologies on the mechanical characteristics of minimum signature XLDB propellant were experimentally studied by means of uniaxial tensile test and SEM. The results indicated that maximum strain (εm)of XLDB propellant at -40℃ were increased from 29.0% to 33.8% by addition of carbon fiber. Microstructures of fracture surface of XLDB propellant shown that the propellant was ruptured on the binder system rather than the interface between carbon fiber and binder system. Therefore, the carbon fiber might have strengthen effect on binder system of XLDB propellant.
