介绍了干熄焦技术在节约能源、提高焦炭质量和改善环境等方面的自身经济效益和延伸效益。由于干熄焦的焦炭质量较高,可使高炉焦比降低2%左右,高炉的生产能力提高1%;并可减少酚、氰化物、硫化氢、氨等污染物的排放,环境效益好。
The economic benefit and extension benefit of coke dry quenching technology itself in energy - saving, improvements of coke quality, environment and so on are described. Because dry quenched coke has higher quality, coke ratio for blast furnace can be reduced by about 2% , the production capacity can be raised by 1% and the discharge of the pollutants, such as phenol, cyanide, hydrogen sulfide, ammonia and so on can be reduced. Therefore good environmental benefit is gained.
