摘要 利用中子感生瞬发γ射线分析法(NIPGA)分析水泥生料中的元素含量。结果表明CaO、SiO2、Fe2O3和Al2O3的分析值和化学方法的测量值比,偏差分别小于0.60%、0.40%、0.40%和0.40%。此方法不仅分析速度快(15min检测一个样品),还能实现多元素的同时分析,是一种适应水泥工业现代化的分析方法。 Neutron-induced prompt gamma-ray analysis(NIPGA) is a new method which suit the modernization of cement industry. It can analyze several elements at the same time. The analysis of a kind of cement sample can be completed in 15 minutes, which is faster than conventional chemical analysis. The error of CaO, SiO_2, Fe_2O_3, and Al_2O_3 of the cement by NIPGA comporing with the chemical analysis are less than 0.60%,0.40%,0.40% and 0.40%, respectively.
