ＩＥＯＳ是一个面向办公自动化（ＯＡ）的集成电子办公系统，它采用当今最先进的客户机／服务器（Ｃｌｉｅｎｔ／Ｓｅｒｖｅｒ）技术在计算机网络上实现了对电子公告、电子邮件以及文件的有效管理，本文对其中的公告管理子系统的系统设计进行了详细地阐述。

IEOS is a OA -oriented integrated electronic office system, it realizes the effective management of electronic bulletin、electronic mail and file on computer network using Client/Server technology, this paper described the design of bulletin management subsystem in detail.
