小叶女贞提取物－M_2自由基清除剂作用的实验研究

The effect of extract of Ligustrum quihoui carr M_2 on free radical clearance

采用豚鼠哮喘模型，通过检测血浆、肺组织及支气管肺泡灌洗液（ＢＡＬＦ）中脂质过氧化物（ＬＰＯ）含量和ＢＡＬＦ中各种细胞计数的变化，观察中药小叶女贞提取的有效成分Ｍ_２腹腔注射两天的防治效果，结果发现Ｍ２能显著减少血浆、肺组织及ＢＡＬＦ中的ＬＰＯ含量，并减少ＢＡＬＦ中上皮细胞的数量。结果提示Ｍ_２具有清除自由基的作用，并可能对气道上皮损伤有保护作用。

The lipid peroxide levels of plasma,pulmonary tissue and bronchoaveolar lavage fluid (BALF)and cellular counts in BALF were studied in an asthmatic model of guinea pig. And the preventive effect of intraperitoneal injection of effective extracts(M_2)and dexamethasone on the asthmatic guinea pig was evaluated for two days.The results showed that after injection of M_2,the LPO levels of plasma,pulmonary tissue and BALF were markly reduced and epithelial counts in the BALF were also reduced.It suggests that M_2 can clear up the free radicals and prevent airway epithelium from damage.
