摘要
工艺规程设计的重要内容之一是确定各工序尺寸及其公差。跟踪法使计算较有条理,但过程长、工作量大、容易出错。现设计了计算机程序,输入有关数据后即可自动得到结果,还可通过人机对话方式修改最初选择的数据以得到满意的结果,计算速度显著提高,且避免了人为的差错。
The determination of process-dimensions and their tolerances is impor- tant to disign a technological procedure.Tracking-method that has been known as making the calculation of technogical-dimension orderly tends to require larger amount of work and to risk errors.Computer program developed in this study car- ries the calculation out automatically with the input of related data and can modify the initially imposed data to give satisfied results through man-machine dialogue, attaining much higher efficiency and avoiding human-sourced errors.
