摘要
建立了氟的铝－钙指示剂络合物荧光猝灭测定法。本法λ＝５７０ｎｍ，λ＿（ｅｍ）＝６００ｎｍ，线性范围为５～１６０ｎｇ／ｍＬＦ￣－。对５ｎｇ／ｍＩＦ￣－重复１１次测定结果的相对标准偏差为２．４％，可直接用于温泉水中氟的测定。
A fluoro-quenching method for the de-termination of fluoride with Al-calconcar-boxylic acid complex is established.Theλ_(ex) andλ_(em) are 570nm and 600nm。The linearrange is 5～160ng/mL F￣-, DL=3.8ng/mL。The RSD is 2.4%(11 measurements of 5ng/mL F￣-).The method has been directly usedto determine fluoride in hot spring water.
