摘要 对杏核的外形尺寸、核壳和仁的间隙、杏核压缩破坏载荷及变形、密度等物理特性的测定表明,杏核分级破壳时的分级数以6级、级差以1 mm 为宜;破壳机对辊间隙应保证杏核有1.5~2.5mm 的变形量,以使破壳率和破碎率能满足生产要求;杏核、核壳和杏仁的密度有一定差异,用重力式清选机分离是可行的。 The experimental results on physical property of apricot core in lab is in- troduced and analyzed.The outer size and density of apricot core,clearance between shell and almond,compressive crushing load and deformation are measured.The labora- tory tests show that the apricot cores should be classified as 6 grade by step 1 mm;The clearance of two crushing rollers should be adjusted so that the apricot cores can have 1.5-2.5 mm deformation in order to obtain a satisfying shell-broken rate and almond- unbroken rate.The apricot core,shell and almond can be separated by specific gravity separator because of their different densities.
