EXPERIMENTES ON OIL DISPLACEMENT BY HPAM/ALCIT COLLOIDAL DISPERSION SYSTEM PLUGS

摘要 采用部分水解聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)和柠檬酸铝(A lC it)合成了可用于油田高含水期段塞驱油的部分水解聚丙烯酰胺/柠檬酸铝胶态分散体系(HACDS)。利用人造岩心和岩心流动实验装置进行了HACDS段塞驱油试验研究。研究结果表明,注入HACDS段塞后,水驱压力明显升高;HACDS段塞可以在水驱油的基础上进一步提高原油采收率10个百分点以上,并可降低采出液含水率;HACDS重复驱油有效,但提高采收率效果变差;成胶时间对HACDS段塞驱油效果有一定的影响;HACDS中的HPAM浓度要与岩石的渗透率相匹配。该研究对于进行胶态分散体系驱油现场试验具有指导意义。 HPAM/AlCit Colloidal Dispersion System(HACDS) is made up of polyacrylamide (HPAM) by certain concentration and aluminum citrate, was prepared for oil displacement in the stage of high water-cut. A series of e xperiments were carried out with the Core Flow Setup using man-made cores. Exper iments show that the water flooding pressure was increased after a HACDS plug in jection, and the oil recovery factor was increased by more than 10% on the basis of ordinary water flooding, the water-cut decreased obviously. repeated injecti on of HACDS may get worse oil recovery. The gelling time of HACDS in the core af fects the oil recovery rate. The concentration of HPAM in HACDS must be suited t o the permeability of the core used. This research is useful for field test of o il flooding by colloidal dispersion systems.
