残杀威选育淡色库蚊抗药性研究

摘要 目的实验选育抗性品系的蚊虫,探讨抗药性的发生发展规律,为抗性媒蚊的防制研究提供依据。方法在实验室条件下,用残杀威以LC50的剂量处理IV龄幼虫,选育残杀威抗性品系。按照WHO生物测定法,测定抗残杀威品系对多种杀虫剂的敏感性。结果选育到23代时,抗性比敏感品系增加11.12倍,之后抗性趋于稳定。通过测定发现残杀威抗性品系对其它化学杀虫剂有交互抗性。讨论使用杀虫剂可在短期内使蚊虫产生抗性,抗性水平增长较快,而且对作用机理相近的杀虫剂也产生交互抗性。 Objective To seleete resistant colony of Cx, pipiens pallens against propoxur and to study the resistance development to provide bases for resistance management. Methods Ⅳ instar larve of Cx. pipiens pallens were treated with propoxur at the dose of LC50 in each generation and remaining survival larrae were fed under laboratory conditions, WHO bioassay was employed for detection of resistance of mosquitoes. Results The resistance increased 11.12 times after 23 generationa' selection. Then the resistance levet become stable with 42 generantions' selection, Cross-resistance was detected towards other insecticides. Conclusion Use of insecticides can induce the development of resistance in short time and the cross - resistance can be produced at the same time.
