花生子房离体培养时,植物激素的种类和浓度对子房膨大、子房柄伸长、根和愈伤组织生长的影响都不同。L_16(43)试验结果表明,增加NAA浓度则促进子房膨大和根的生长,抑制子房柄伸长;增加GA_3浓度则促进子房柄伸长,抑制子房膨大,根和愈伤组织生长;增加BA浓度则促进愈伤组织生成,抑制子房膨大、子房柄伸长和根的形成。NAA 2mg L^(-1),NAA 2mg L^(-1)+GA_3 0.2mg L^(-1),NAA 2mg L^(-1)+BA 0.2mgL^(-1),和 NAA 2mg L^(-1)+GA_3 0.2mg L^(-1)+BA0.2mg L^(-1)四种处理均可诱导离体花生子房膨大,结荚级数达4.8~6.0级,结英率约80%。
Peanut (Arachis hypogaea L. cv. rue-you No.551-116) gynophore explants were cultured invitro on media containing three phytohormones(NAA, GA_3 and BA) at four levels (0, 0.2, 1.0and. 2.0 mg L^(-1)) arranged by using a L_(16) (4~3)table for studying the role of these hormones inovary enlargement and gynophore elongation(Table 1). An increase of the concentration of NAAin the dark stimulated ovary enlargement androot growth and inhibited gynophore elongation(Table 2, Plate I A.). Increasing the concentra- tion of GA_3, however, promoted gynophore elon-gation and inhibited ovary enlargement and grow-th of callus and root (Table 3, Plate I C). Highconcentration of BA induced heavy callus forma-tion in the cut surface of gynophore explants andinhibited both ovary enlargement and gyno-phore elongation (Table 4, Plate I B). Gynophore elongation was negatively cor-related with ovary enlargement, but the rootsgrowing out of the cut surfaces of gynophoreexplants favoured ovary enlargement. Thecorrelation coefficient between grade of poddevelopment and gynophore elongation was-0.962, and that between grade of pod develop-ment and fresh weight of root was 0.886 (Fig. 1).The following hormone treatments areavailable to induce pod formation in peanutovary cultured in vitro: (a) NAA 2 mg L^(-1);(b)NAA 2 mg L^(-1) + GA_3 0.2 mg L^(-1); (c) NAA2 mg L^(-1) + BA 0.2 mg L^(-1); (d) NAA 2 mg L^(-1)+GA_3 0.2 mg L^(-1) + BA 0.2 mg L^(-1). Thegrade of pod development reached about 4.8~6.0 and the percentage of pod formation wasabout 80%.
