摘要 文中介绍了离心法净化煤焦油沥青,经热聚合反应制取中间相沥青用作MgO-C砖粘结剂,通过正交试验可获得制取中间相沥青的最佳工艺条件。在相同的热处理条件下,对比了中间相沥青粘结剂和酚醛树脂的性能,试验结果表明,中间相沥青粘结剂质量明显优于酚醛树脂。 Mesophase pitch using as binders of MgO-C brick produced by coal tar purifying with centrifugal process through thermal polycondensation reaction is described in this paper. Optimum technological conditions can be obtained through crossed-test. Under same heat-treated cnditions, cha-ecteristie of mesophase pitch binders is compared with phenolic resin. The experiment results show that, the quality of mesophase pitch binders is obviously prior to phenolic resin.
