摘要
对Rio、甜杂2号、吉甜2号、6A×1022、龙饲1号5个列高粱品种茎汁的Brix度、糖类、蛋白质、氨基酸、矿质元素等含量进行了分析.探讨了利用茎汁生产饮料的可行性,为进行生产试验奠定了基础,为开发和利用这种来源丰富、价格低廉的新的饮料生产资源提供了科学的依据.
In this paper, Brix degree and the contents of protein,sugars,anino acids,mineral elements and so on. in the stem juice of 5 sweet sorghum varieties(Rio,Shennong 2,6Ax 1022,Jitian2,Longrhi 1) are reported and discussed. The feasibility of beverage production from the stem juice is proved on the foundation of experiment, which provides the scientific basis for exploiting and utilizing this new beverage resource.
