摘要
用自制的钛硅沸石TS-1为催化剂,对H2O2存在下苯酚直接羟基化合成邻、对苯二酚的反应条件,主要影响因素及机理进行了探讨,发现该方法与传统的合成方法相比,反应的选择性及转化率较高,工艺简单,成本低和污染少。
A new method for the preparation of catechol and hydroquinone by catalytic hy-droxvlation of phenol on titanium silicate(TS-1) has been reported in this paper.We have in-vestigated the influence of various parameters,uch as reaction temperature,reaction time,concentration of TS-1 and mixing ratio of reactants.The results show that this method ischeaper,of higher selectivity and conversion and less pollution than that of conventionalmethods,In addition,we have explored the mechanism of the catalytic reaction and carriedout the quantitative analysis of products.
