资源约束项目计划关键序列与内在稳健性关系 被引量:3

Relationship between the Number of Critical Sequences and Intrinsic Robustness in Resource-constrained Project Schedules

摘要 针对关键序列为决定项目计划内在稳健性的重要因素,采用Kolisch与Sprecher算例生成器Progen产生的算例j30rcp进行仿真试验以确定二者间的关系,并采用Tabachnik正态检验统计量和Wilcoxon检验统计量进行统计检验。结果表明,两种统计量的检验结果完全吻合,优化可控计划的稳健性优于非优化可控计划的内在稳健性,且资源链接越少、关键序列越少、项目计划的内在稳健性越优。 Critical sequence is an important factor for determination of intrinsic robustness of a project schedule.The relationship between critical sequence and project schedule is explored by simulation test of instance j30rcp,which is generated by Progen generator with Kolisch and Sprecher methods.Tabachnik normal and Wilcoxon tests are applied to statistical test at the same time.Simulation proves that the results obtained by two test statistics are consistent perfectly;an optimal controlled schedule is superior to a non-optimal controlled schedule for intrinsic robustness;fewer critical sequences and resource links mean better intrinsic robustness of a project schedule.
