摘要
对利用四轴联动加工中心加工弧齿锥齿轮的展成方法进行了研究和探讨,利用VC++编制刀位轨迹并参数化,UG读入刀轨实现仿真并且采用特殊手段进行后置处理,最后生成相应加工中心下加工弧齿锥齿轮的数控代码。
The generating process of CNC manufacturing spiral bevel gear based on 4-axise machining center was studied and approached. Parameterized cutter location files were generated with VC + +, and the cutter paths were then passed into UG for simulation and post-process by some special methods. Finally, the corresponding NC codes have been produced.
