Application of Tray Continuous Desiccator in Desiccation of 5-Sodiosulfoisophthalic acid dimethylester

通过对间苯二甲酸二甲酯-5-磺酸钠干燥前后物料性质的分析,提出了应用于间苯二甲酸二甲酯-5-磺酸钠干燥的盘式连续干燥系统,介绍了这种干燥设备的结构、工作原理,阐述了其工艺流程及工作特点,分析了这种干燥形式的优势及应用领域,并通过与另外一种干燥器-旋转闪蒸干燥器在工作效率、能耗、操作的连续性及干燥后产品的质量等方面的比较,表明了在间苯二甲酸二甲酯-5-磺酸钠干燥作业中这种干燥器是干燥设备的适宜选择。

The tray continuous desiccating system for drying the compound was devised based on analysis of the properties of 5-sodiosulfoisophthalic acid dimethylester before and after drying, and the structure,working principle, technical process and features of the desiccating system and its applications was introduced. From the comparison of efficiency, energy consumption, continuous operation and final product quality, the tray continuous desiccator was better in desiccation of 5-sodiosulfoisophthalic acid dimethylester than pin flash dryer.
