摘要
目的建立依达拉奉含量的HPLC测定方法。方法采用KromasilC18色谱柱(250×4.6mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.05mol/L磷酸二氢铵溶液(50∶50;用磷酸调pH至3.0)为流动相,流速为0.8ml/min熏检测波长为245nm。结果依达拉奉在10~50μg/ml的浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系穴r=0.9997雪,平均回收率(n=9)为100.10%,RSD=1.3%。结论本方法简便快速,结果准确可靠,可以作为依达拉奉的含量测定方法。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of edaravone.Method Kromasil C18 column was adopted, and methyl alcohol-0.05mol/L NH4H2PO4 solution (50:50,adjust to pH 3.0 with phosphoric acid) was taken as the mobile phase at the flow rate of 0.8mL/min.The detection wavelength was 245nm.Results Edaravone showed good linearity (r=-0.9997)in the range of 10-50μg/mL.The average recovery rate (n=9)was 100.10%,RSD=l.3%.Condusion The method is simple,accurate and can be used for determination of Edaravone.
