摘要
目前国内一些行业的公司在销售渠道中常用目标数量折扣的契约模式。本文通过一个两阶段一对一的供应链模型分析了在这种契约下供应链的协调性,以及它对供应链利润分配的影响。最后针对某品牌型号的手机进行了实证分析。
At present, target quantity rebate is the widely used contract. Based on a two tier supply chain model with one manufacture and one retailer, this paper put forward the analysis frame of supply chain coordination with contracts, proves supply chain can be coordinated with target quality rebate, and analysis how this contract distribute profits among enterprises. Finally, a numerical analysis about the market of mobile phone is given to illustrate the analysis approach.
