快速成型技术发展至今,金属材料直接成形已成为其研究热点和一个重要发展方向。这里介绍了金属直接成型技术的工艺方法,并详细阐述了焊接快速成型工艺的发展情况及其关键技术。焊接成型技术是一种非常实用且制造成本低的快速制造方法,成型零件具有优良的强度和性能。随者焊接成型的深入研究和关键问题的解决,其必将在制造领域发挥巨大作用。
Now rapid metallic prototyping is the trend of development. This paper introduces the technical methods of rapid metallic prototyping, and expounds the development of rapid prototyping based welding and its key technologies. Three dimension welding shaping is a applied and low cost rapid prototyping technology. Shaping part has a good intensity and pe(ormance. With the study of welding shaping and the solution of key questions, Rapid prototyping based welding will play the important role in manufacturing field.
