资源型城市可持续发展取决于资源、环境、人口、经济、社会、科技的关系协调。协调性弹性模型描述了资源型城市系统的强协调、弱协调、基本协调、欠协调的判断标准与方法,借助协调性弹性模型,将能提供较为科学的定量依据,以调控资源型城市系统可持续发展。
Resource-style cities＇ sustainable development depends on the coordinative relationship of resource, environment, population, economy, society and science and technology coordinative flexible model has described the strong coordination, weak coordination, basical coordination and owing coordination decision criterion and method of resource-style cities system, which coordinates and owes coordination basically with the aid of coordinative flexible model. It offers relatively scientific rationed basis to adjust and control resource-style cities＇ systematic sustainable development.
