摘要
目的:观察榛花的降血糖作用并初步阐明其作用机理。方法:采用四氧嘧啶制作实验性糖尿病小鼠模型,以比色分析法测定血糖、血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量并观察肝糖原和胰岛B细胞。结果:榛花可降低实验性糖尿病小鼠的血糖水平,提高血清SOD活性并降低血清MDA含量,提高肝糖原含量,而未能使胰岛B细胞修复和再生。结论:榛花具有降低实验性糖尿病小鼠高血糖的作用,而这种作用可能是通过促进肝组织糖原合成等类胰岛素样作用和清除自由基及抗脂质过氧化过程实现的。
Objective:To observe the effects of Hazel's flower on decreasing blood sugar and clarify its mechanisms. Methods:By the experimental mouse model of diabetes induced by alloxan, by the methods of control, the blood sugar, activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) of serum, amount of malondialdehyde (MDA) of serum were measured and hepatic glycogen and pancreas islet B cell were observed . Results: The Hazel's flower decreased the level of the blood sugar and the amount of MDA, and increased the activity of SOD and the contents of hepatic glycogen, but did not make the pancreas islet B cell repaired and regenerate. Conclusion :The Hazel's flower had the effect of decreasig blood sugar on diabetic mouse induced by alloxan. Its mechanism of decreasing blood sugar may be the insulin kind function of promoting synthesis of hepatic glycogen etc, clearancing free radicals and process of anti-lipid peroxidation.
